Who are the Millennials? If you are born from the early 1980s to 2000, then you are one of the 1.2 million millennials in Singapore. Representing 20% of the workforce, we know that 67% of you are still staying with your parents; working to save and get yourself the very first flat with your partner but the lingering problem remains: how am I going to afford that? Nobody seems to understand your frustration and every financial adviser you meet will ask you to get yet another insurance plan that you already have.
At Mint eSolutions, we understand you.
We know that you, the Millennials, are self-taught and more than competent in understanding your own financial needs. You are the first generation ready to part your money with someone you have never even met because you tend to research and rely on yourself for financial advice. You are skeptical of the advice you receive from different financial institutions and want a truly unbiased advice on your financial planning. This is where we can complement you:
We will equip you with financial literacy from the get-go and get you an early head start on your lifetime of financial planning without depending on advisors.
We want to make you self-reliant and financially literate for your future.
In this one day course, participants will learn the basics of financial planning, understanding different investment instruments and how to apply them in daily life.
Participants will learn about ALICE and how to effectively manage their cashflow in order to build wealth. Participants will also learn about managing risk and to build a customizable investment portfolio. They will then be able to put what they learnt into practice via our in-house developed proprietary game, Moneyboss, helping them learn the ropes of investment in a virtually risk-free environment.
Mr Aaron Goh has more than a decade of experience in the banking and wealth advisory industry. A recipient of numerous awards, he has helped many clients achieve financial independence and assist many other high networth individuals on legacy planning.
He will share with you the fundamentals of financial planning, how the banking climate has changed over the decade and why the younger generation is increasingly deviating from relying on advice given by the advisors from banks and financial institutions. Lastly, Mr Goh will also reveal the secrets of high networth individuals, how they manage their money and what they invest in to be who they are today.
At the end of the session, participants will feel comfortable, confident and empowered to make their own investment decision.
